Your Personal Growth to Happiness Returns!

After a brief hiatus, I am excited to announce the return of the blog!

Increase your own happiness by giving to others

Since we last spoke, I hope you’ve found success in growing yourself into the person you want to be. Hopefully, your life is filled with many blessings. But we must remember that happiness is a state of mind, and it’s a process that is always changing.  Every single person must constantly work each day toward achieving a happy life.

With the return of the blog, I want to share posts that will highlight ways you can increase your well-being, cheerfulness, good humor, and euphoria.

First, I would like to share the idea of helping others to increase your own happiness. When we’re younger, we love receiving and opening presents. But as we get older, we find even more joy from buying gifts for others.  Why is that?

Trying to make others happy brings out the best aspects of the human spirit. Helping others naturally attracts happiness to yourself.  Without any expectations of receiving anything back in return, spend each day trying to increase the happiness of someone else. You’ll be amazed at the new positivity and happiness that starts to enter your own life!

Along with increasing the happiness of others, look to spend your time with those who are happy. We all know that there are negative people in our lives, and these negative people can quickly zap all of your energy and joy.  Instead of letting these people hold you down, actively seek out those who appreciate life and everything it has to offer.  If you’re feeling down, there’s also a neat little mental trick you can do to help improve your mood. Close your eyes, and think about three things you are grateful for. That should help make your situation a little less dreary.  If that doesn’t work, try thinking about your three favorite jokes. How can you not be in a better mood after laughing?

Click the button below to visit the blog, which will feature a new article monthly. I look forward to continuing to work together on this journey.
